We Make Returns Easy

At adêllecare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it free of charge. We will cover the return shipping costs in full.

 

Return Window: 14 Days

You have 14 days to return your purchase, starting from the day you received your order. No reason is required.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Including all original labels and inserts

Products that have been opened for hygiene reasons (such as masks or serums) cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

 

How to Return

  1. Send an email to info@adellecare.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Youwill receive a return confirmation with further instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Send the product to the return address provided. adêllecare will cover all return shipping costs.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund.

Refunds

After receiving and approving your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days to your original payment method (via Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

Received a defective or incorrect product? Please contact us immediately at info@adellecare.com. We will arrange a free solution: either a replacement or a full refund.
