These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through adellecare.com.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by adêllecare and to every agreement entered between adêllecare and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Offers and Pricing
All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT.
adêllecare reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Orders shipped within the Netherlands are delivered free of charge.
4. Orders and Payment
An agreement is established at the moment the customer places an order and adêllecare confirms it by email.
Payment is processed via the available payment methods on the website, handled through Stripe.
adêllecare will only dispatch orders after successful payment has been received.
5. Delivery
adêllecare ships worldwide. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination:
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Outside Europe: 10–21 business days
adêllecare is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or third-party courier services.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Please refer to our Return Policy for the full procedure.
The right to withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
- Customised or personalised product
7. Warranty and Complaints
adêllecare guarantees that all products match their description on the website. If you have a complaint, please send an email to info@adellecare.com.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
8. Liability
adêllecare is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
The total liability of adêllecare is always limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
